Registration Reminders:
A) Please note- if you do not click "Submit" or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder), your registration is NOT COMPLETE.

B) Refund Policy: Refunds WILL NOT  be issued after 08/01/12. If you would like to withdraw your child you must send us an email at info@yffayouth.net before 08/01/12, stating that you are withdrawing your child. There is a $60.00 non-refundable processing fee applied to ALL refunds

D) Your account must be paid in full, or you will not receive your child’s jersey.

E) NEW!!  LAST NAME PRINTING ON YOUR CHILD’S JERSEY! We will add your child’s last name on the back of both sides of the reversible jersey. This is optional, and a fee of $8 will be added to your account once you check out. ****this option is only offered by YYFFA, any outside name printing will not be allowed****
