REGISTRATION Early Registration ends October 10 Cost per child is $60.00. After October 10, cost per child is $80.00. To register online, you must pay by debit or credit card. A registration form can be picked up at Faith Bapist Church to pay with cash or check.

EVALUATIONS Saturday, Ocober 15 Each child must be fitted for a uniform and evaluated before they are placed on a team. GRADES ARE BASED ON AGE Participants must turn 5 before December 31, 2011 and cannot turn 15 before May 1, 2012 to participate in Upwards UNIFORMS All Players and Cheerleaders will be fitted for their uniforms during evaluations.
