Dex's high school team camps offer something for any team at any skill level. Team Camp Session 1 focuses on skill improvement and the flexible format allows our coaching staff to custom this camp to the level of your team. Team Camp Session 2 is a competitive approach to game strategy, execution, and will allow your team to go head-to-head during game related scenarios. If you choose to attend both team camps then you can participate in the play day for free. Allow us the opportunity to take your team from skills, into offense/defense/serve receive systems training, and prepare them for competition in session 2 and play day.
