This registration process will allow you to:

• Establish a family user account
• Register your participating children
• Volunteer to assist with the Upward program
• Pay online with a credit card or by mail with a check

Please review the steps below prior to setting up a family user account and registering your children.


Set up family user account:
1. Click "Register Now" button in the upper left corner of this screen
2. Enter name of the account's primary contact -NOT your child's name
3. Establish account user name and password

Register your child for Basketball or Cheerleading:
1. Following family account set up, enter child's information at New Participant screen
2. Select 2012 Basketball or Cheerleading option
3. Proceed with registration
4. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the final checkout screen to complete your registration
5. Upon successful registration completion you will receive an Order Confirmation and Receipt email
