The rules for Upward Basketball are slightly different than regular basketball.  You will need to attend one of our mandatory RefereeTraining Sessions.  TBD.

Check out TeamUpward!  This interactive site for kids is safe, fun and gives kids some insight into what we teach them at Upward practices.  At evaluations, children will receive their login code and each week a new code will be given out to enable them to move through the site.
